›Is the Android download safe?
Yes. The app is built and signed by Academy of Skills, and you're downloading it directly from our own website over HTTPS. Android shows an extra confirmation for any app that doesn't come from the Play Store — that's standard, not a warning about this app. The security-minded can verify the SHA-256 fingerprint shown in the Android install card.
›Why isn't it in the Play Store or App Store yet?
Store listings are on our roadmap. We wanted learners to have the app experience now rather than after the review queues — Android installs directly from this page, and iPhone uses Apple's Add to Home Screen, which is Apple's supported route for installing web apps.
›Does it cost anything?
No — the app is free. You pay only for courses, exactly as on the website, and any coupon that works on the site works in the app.
›Will my progress sync between the app and the website?
Yes. The app uses the same account, so lessons, quiz scores and certificates stay in step everywhere you sign in.
›Does it update automatically?
The iPhone app and the app's content always reflect the live site, so there's nothing to update. For Android we'll post new versions of the download here when the app itself gains features.
