Course(s)
The course is the curricular space in which Mentors and/or instructors will be in charge of imparting knowledge about a specific subject and/or topic to a group of Users 1 via classes taught on the Academy of Skills Platform.
Memberships
Memberships are the types of subscriptions to our Services for a limited time that grant access options to the Courses and Services that Academy of Skills offers through the Platform so that the User can choose the most convenient option based on your preferences, rates, and Courses.
Affiliate(s)
Affiliate(s) can earn a commission by promoting the Academy of Skills courses on their website or social media pages. By default, the affiliate will earn a minimum of 10% of the sold item’s total price unless a separate deal is signed with the affiliate. Payments are made to the affiliate Bank Account.
Product
Product is the term used to describe access to a course or a Package of Courses within the Academy of Skills’ Catalog of Courses, regardless of membership subscription. If the User chooses to access one of the Products, he or she may view the Course and view classes online and/or live, as well as their respective contents.
License
Academy of Skills and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights to all material on Academy of Skills unless otherwise stated. All intellectual property rights remain unassailable. You may access this from the Academy of Skills. for your personal use only, subject to the restrictions outlined in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from the Academy of Skills.
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from the Academy of Skills.
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from the Academy of Skills.
- Redistribute content from the Academy of Skills.
- Download content from the Academy of Skills website.
Parts of this website allow users to post and exchange opinions and information in specific areas of the website. Academy of Skills does not pre-filter, edit, publish, or review Comments before they appear on the website. The views and opinions expressed in the comments do not reflect those of the Academy of Skills, its agents, or affiliates. Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.
Refund Policy And Cancellations
You may cancel your purchase of the Course under this policy within 14 calendar days of the date the contract of purchase is concluded. This is referred to as a “Cancellation Period.”
Please keep in mind that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request that we begin providing the course materials, and you acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel the Course purchase and receive a refund.
If you decide to cancel your course purchase, you can do so by contacting us via email or phone call.
If you have purchased our course from a third party website, you are subjected to their refund policy.
If you cancel your course purchase within 14 calendar days, as stated above, we will refund you for all payments made as part of your purchase within 14 calendar days of the day we accept that you are entitled to a refund.
If you have completed the course no refund will be provided.
Removal of links from our website
If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.
